Return and Refund Policy for Petite & Me

At Petite & Me, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online for children's apparel can sometimes lead to items that aren't quite what you expected. That's why we've made our return and refund policy simple and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defective merchandise.

How to Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item(s) securely and include the original receipt. Be sure to write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs
